Regain some of the vitality you lost in 2020 through some simple yet effective practices.

We will rejuvenate and increase your health and well-being in my guided group sessions.

The group class is designed to:

Release tension and stress that have built up in your body through breath work and Qigong postures.

Feel calmer, happier, and energized by developing heart/mind coherence.

Energize the body with moderate exercises, stretching, Qigong and Tai Chi movements.

Uncover inner resources you didn’t know you had to release stress and move back into the demands of life and work.

What is Tai Chi + Qigong?

Tai Chi means the ultimate integration of life force energy in a harmonious series of movements. It is the physical expression of a metaphysical concept. Tai Chi reflects Taoism, where the visible and the invisible world merge.

You can think of Qigong as the individual exercises or postures, which are then choreographed together to create a Tai Chi system.

Someone can go right to practicing Tai Chi, without engaging with Qigong, but our focus is to integrate them both to get the maximum benefit for our mind, body and spirit.

As a way to jumpstart your practice when you sign up, you will receive my bonus class to start your practice immediately.

In our series, we’ll start working with Qigong breath work as a foundation before transitioning into the more complicated Tai Chi form.

We’ll begin each class with breathwork and gentle movements, warming up to more structured Qigong energy exercises and eventually beginner Tai Chi postures. At the end of each class, you’ll feel rejuvenated, centered & holding a peaceful attitude towards your life circumstances and outer events.

All levels are welcome, including those brand new to Tai Chi and Qigong. For those with more experience, these sessions will build on the “internal” aspects and energy flow in the various movements and exercises. Come with an open mind and comfortable clothing.
