I'm Jude.
I help the world’s healers maintain their own well-being using the integration of Tai Chi and nature principles.
During the last two plus decades, I’ve helped people feel healthier, more energized and in balance by practicing Tai Chi, Qigong and reconnecting with nature.
I have built this instruction on my own life experiences overcoming my challenges of over-thinking and being stressed from a variety of fears and being out of balance with work, family, personal relationships and more.
With proper guidance, the combination of Tai Chi, Qigong and reconnecting with nature can release tension, let go of your blocks, and allow you to feel good again, so you can regain peace, wellness, and better life.
This is possible and it doesn’t take long to feel your energy flowing again and to have that sense of calmness return.
